Mini Sugars For Moroccan Tea Pot for the ultimate Moroccan mint tea experience.

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 2 teaspoons of unscented green tea
  • 1 bunch of fresh mint or dried mint (included in this kit)
  • 25 lumps of sugar

 

Preparation of the recipe:

  • Boil water, pour 1 small glass of boiling water on 2 teaspoons of green tea.
  • After a minute, discard the liquid and keep the tea (this is to remove the first bitterness of the tea).
  • Pour the rest of the water.
  • Add the mint, by drowning the leaves in water.
  • On top, add the sugar (at least 25-30 grams of sugar for 4-5 glasses).
  • For mixing, do not stir with a spoon. Take a glass, pour the tea into the glass and the glass in the teapot, and keep repeating until the content is mixed.
  • Pour the mixture into the glasses holding the teapot smoothly to ‘froth’ the sugar … and drink hot.
